Will a new Doc Savage--The Man of Bronze movie ever get made? I dunno, but in the meantime we have plenty of art to drool over, starting with the pulp covers.
I love the Bama covers that were commissioned for the Doc Savage reprint paperbacks in the mid-1960s, but they're so darned good that people tend to forget about the original amazing pulp covers that started showing up on the newsstands in 1933. The pulps appeared from '33 to '49 and I'm going to post these in reverse order so in theory when I'm done you can sit back and enjoy them sort of in the same order they appeared. Enjoy yourself, the man of bronze is here! Here are pulp covers from 1947 to 1949.
